Another week

I've been here with the intent of posting a number of times in the past week but have never actually managed it... Everything is a bit disjointed in my life at the moment, with Chris home all the time and the other two in and out with exams, time alone is in short supply and interruptions are frequent... - nothing wrong with that really... but I'm used to having a lot of time alone! I don't think I realised that until it wasn't there, I find myself waiting up till late at night to get some time alone, but by then I am too tired to really do anything...

Chris continues to cope well with his chemo, though the whole medication process has been made more obtrusive by the fact that this week he has had to take two foul tasting antibiotics 4 times a day, we'll all be glad when that's over!! We've had two trips to hospital, one for chemo, the other just for a blood test. Chris has also been to Aliens, Pathies and Church this week.

I've been to the usual round of Coffee Plus, prayer meetings, Little fishes, I also have had coffee with Angela, been over to Liverpool to hear Carmina Burana with mum and played at a Praise event over at Townfield last night.

Matthew has now finished exams and is back to school next week. Chris might be back at school some of the time the following week too. David still has a few more exams to go.

I hope all these exams are safely over soon, and the results good. Do you still have a long wait to hear the results?

Great to hear from you! Good luck to the boys expecting exam results, and even more good luck to the one taking foul-tasting medicine!
I'm going down to London at the weekend, to take daughter and grandson to meet margaret_r before she heads off to eastern Europe prior to coming north. We'll be thinking about you.
