It is half term holidays here, and today is a bank holiday. I don't have much planned for today, though I do have a really huge pile of laundry needing folding, ironing and putting away and Mum coming for tea so I don't think I'll have to much trouble filling my time.

A week today I will be going to Switzerland for just over a weeks holiday with Mum. We are travelling mainly by train, and we will be staying in a town called Vevey on the shore of Lake Geneva. It should be lovely. There's a lot to do before I go, things to arrange and people to talk to, and the Pentecost Party too.

If the weather's good I would like to go out somewhere nice with the boys this week too, but we'll have to see how things go.

Right now I think I ought to wake people up and have breakfast before it's lunchtime!

I like the idea of waking before breakfast before lunch gets there *g*

I have a friend who just loves folding clean washing. She did all mine yesterday!!

And Switzerland sounds wonderful. Absolutely amazing.

Could you ask her to pop over to my place, I can't think of anything I would like to do less.

You don't happen to have a friend who is good at persuading boys to tidy their bedrooms too do you?

But at least I have Switzerland to look forward to.

She'd love to pop over to your place. She has a mother in Aberdeenshire.

She also went in and tidied the boys' room and vacuummed the floor LOL!

And Switzerland - great!

I really need your friend, she wouldn't like a working holiday in the UK would she?!!!

I'm sure I'll get the laundry done, eventually...

I thought I might pack today too, before life gets frantic again!

Heh, she's a GP - she might be a little over-qualified!! And yeah, pack while you have time. Sounds wise.
