Meat and potatoes

I have guests coming to dinner next week, one of them eats only meat and potatoes, no fruit or vegetables, no sauces etc... so the challenge is what do I serve them so that the rest of us can enjoy the meal too? All thoughts welcome!!!

How about a nice pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes? Then you can have sauce for the pork on the side, plus other veggies galore :)

I like that idea, the pork tenderloin thing. Or you could do little steak rounds, with cubes of roasted potatoes - we fill a whole baking dish with those (you cube potatoes, boil in a bit of stock and hot water for ten minutes, then bake on an oven tray sprayed with olive oil until crispy). Or baby lamb chops. Or just roast a couple of chickens with potatoes and have gravy in a boat. Even cook the chickens in roasting bags so they don't get 'defiled' by anything else *g*
