Hi, it seems to be a while since I managed to get near the computer here, I think Ian is making up for not having a computer while he was in England. So what's been happening in the last week? Well on Saturday I went to the Toastmasters Division E Conference, which was an enjoyable event. I was writing certificates and had to write 42 certificates during the course of the day. There was a very good speaker on the subject of oratory.Ella fom our club won the International prepared speech contest.
While I was there Ian took the boys to have their haircut, amonst other things. Sunday was church in the morning and Michael came round for the afternoon while Sandra did gym registrations.
Monday we were back at school, pretty uneventful all round I think. Now we're back into the endless round of meetings and music lessons. Monday - Computer course and Toastmasters, Tuesday - Violin lessons and PLC meeting, Wednesday - Oboe, clarinet and piano lessons!
Yesterday I got confirmation that Matthew and Chris have been selected to perform at the Glistening Waters Storytelling Festival over Labour Weekend in Masterton, so that will be fun!I also found that David has entered a Triathlon and Chris has been invited to a birthday party a week on Sunday! So much for a quiet life.

Storytelling Festival
Well Done to Matthew and Chris, I hope you really enjoy the storytelling festival. I look forward to hearing all about it in due course. As for all the music lessons and toastmaster events I think you are ever so organised fitting everything in to the week.

I only have to manage cubs on a Tuesday and that get's too much at times!

Hi! You have had a busy week by the sound of it. Hope you haven't got writers cramp with writing all of those certificates. You will have to get the job computerised.
