I played in music group on Sunday morning, that was good too. Steve started a sermon series on Proverbs, all about wisdom, that was interesting! We had lunch at Mum's place, a beef roast, very tasty. Later Ian, David and I were back at church for the evening service, and despite some technical difficulties, like they couldn't figure out how to get the data projector linked up to the laptop, it was a really lovely service. I just hope that Mark, the tech guy, is better by next week or I might have to figure out how to link it up myself, I seem to remember managing to connect one up in Trentham when all the people who knew what they were doing weren't there.
I've done some laundry today, and written a letter to my friend Beverley, and copied addresses and dates into this year's diary, so that I know where I'm supposed to be and what I'm supposed to be doing. I painted a bit this afternoon while Ian went to Liverpool to give blood and David played on the computer. Our neighbour, Bob, came and fixed the radiator in David's room, because it hadn't been heating up properly, apparently the thermostat was stuck. I cooked a roast for dinner tonight and then watched the usual nightly episode of Morse, whilst making invitations and cards. All the invitations are finished now and my card count stands at 21. I might post a couple of samples here soon if I can! Not much else is happening here juyst now, and it must be time for me to think about bed!
