Last night we went round to Jonathan and Clare's place, where Ian, David, Matthew, Jonathan, Clare and I had a fun game of Mine A Million, which finished just after 11pm, so then it was a sprint to the station to catch a train to get us home just before midnight.
It wasn't that easy to persuade myself to get up to make breakfast this morning, but we all managed to be up in time to get to the morning service. I was playing as usual, but it was quite a special service because two church families were having children baptised, a very nice event. Afterwards Marie and Will invited everyone to come over to the church hall for a shared lunch. We went there while the boys went to Mum's place for lunch. It was a lovely event with heaps of food, and all very sociable too.
Anyway I really must go and pack some suitcases now, I'll try to pop in here from Italy from time to time and let you know what we're up to, ciao!
